Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing bookings and payments for all consulting services provided by HEA Global Consulting. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and clear expectations for both our clients and our advisory team.


1. Booking Confirmation

All services require advance payment to confirm a booking. Once payment has been received, the consultation time is reserved exclusively for the client.


2. Cancellation Window

Clients may request to cancel or reschedule their session within 24 hours of payment, provided the scheduled session has not yet taken place.

After 24 hours from the time of payment, all bookings become non-refundable.

This policy reflects the professional time, preparation, and advisory resources allocated to each client.


4. Same-Day or Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. However, at our discretion, we may offer a one-time rescheduling when operationally possible.


5. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.


6. Advanced Consulting Programs

Due to the extensive preparation, strategic planning, and advisory commitment involved, Advanced Consulting Programs (high-ticket services) are non-refundable once work has commenced or planning has begun.

If a cancellation is requested before preparation has started, eligibility for a partial refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


7. Digital & Advisory Nature of Services

All services provided by HEA Global Consulting are advisory and digital in nature. Once a consultation has been delivered or professional guidance has been provided, the service is considered fulfilled.


8. Chargeback Prevention

We encourage clients to contact our support team directly with any concerns before initiating a payment dispute. Our team is committed to working toward fair and reasonable resolutions.
